<p>Lee here, I'm the founder of Lee's Provisions and I wanted to personally reach out and thank you for your recent order for tea. I saw your review and am concerned that you found our tea didn't meet your expectations and I wanted to take this opportunity to explain a bit about our philosophy. </p>

<p>We pride ourselves on never adding any artificial or natural flavours to our tea to 'enhance' the flavour of the tea like many other tea companies do. As such, the flavour is never going to be as pronounced and aromatic as those other teas. The flavour in our tea comes only from the organic tea leaves, herbs and spices we use as ingredients. </p>

<p>As a nutritionist, I believe in using pure, whole, organic ingredients and nothing artificial - ever! This is my philosophy and why I started my company. I understand that this may not be everyone's cup of tea (haha), but I wanted to at least tell you why we choose not to add flavours to our tea to enhance the flavour. </p>
