Shipping and Delivery
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Normal transit time for orders within Canada is 2 to 10 business days after the order is shipped. Normal transit times for orders to the United States is 7 to 14 business days after the order is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping method, destination, customs clearance (for orders going to the U.S.), and weight. Further delays are possible due to circumstances out of our control.

Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of order date. Items must be returned unopened/unused, in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact customer service at email@example.com with a photo of the item (if damaged) and the reason for return. We will instruct you on how best to go about your return, depending on the situation. If the item is damaged or faulty, we may ask you to send it back to us.

Any item returned after 30 days from order date is not eligible for refund.
Receiving a Refund for a Damaged Product
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us right away by emailing email@example.com with a photo of the damaged item. We will either send out a new product or issue a refund, depending on the situation. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
Receiving a Refund for a Return
In case you wish to return an item for a refund, please send us back the product and a refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges.
