Pink Chai Lattes

These creamy, fat-fuelled Pink Chai Lattes are as pretty as they are delicious!

Pink Chai Lattes

 

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Pink Chai tulsi tea

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Lee's Ghee (Plain Jane or Brown Butter)

  • 2 tablespoons canned full-fat coconut milk

  • 1 small, steamed beet, peeled

  • Raw honey, to taste

  • 1 teaspoon rose petals, to garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Add the Pink Chai tea to 2 cups of freshly boiled water. Cover and steep for 5 to 7 minutes. 

  2. Strain the tea and transfer to a high-speed blender. Add the ghee, coconut milk and beet. Process on high speed until frothy and smooth. Sweeten with honey to taste. 

  3. Pour the mixture into mugs and garnish with rose petals (if using).
