- 2-4 grams matcha powder
- 1 level teaspoon of Plain Jane: All-Purpose Ghee
- 1 cup of hot water or hot almond milk
- optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey, to sweeten
Boil water to 85°C. Strain the matcha through a tea strainer to remove the lumps. Add a bit of the hot water or hot almond milk to the matcha powder and whisk until frothy. Add a teaspoon of ghee to the matcha, and whisk some more. Pour the remaining water or milk into the matcha. At this point, you can sweeten it with maple syrup or honey if you wish. Enjoy!
