This is my go-to smoothie recipe when I'm looking for both a sustaining energy boost without jitters. The cacao is hormone balancing and energizing, while the ashwagandha and chaga in the "prash" contain adaptogens that help the body adapt to stress. It is deeply nourishing, soothing and satisfying...the perfect smoothie to have in your repertoire for Winter.


  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Chaga-Prash Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 banana
  • pinch of sea salt


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blitz to combine. Enjoy!
