Crispy Dulse Seaweed Chips

Dulse is packed full of essential minerals and vitamins, including iodine. We used complementary flavours like sesame and sriracha to balance out the strong flavour of seaweed. Crispy and naturally salty, these dulse chips are a fun way to switch up your snacking! I recommend eating them hot out of the oven, but they are also great for taking with you to work. 


Crispy Dulse Seaweed Chips


Serves 4

Prep Time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes



  • 2 teaspoons Lee’s Ghee (Plain Jane), melted
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 small package (40g) dulse seaweed



  1. Preheat the oven to 225°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the ghee, sesame oil, and sriracha. Add the dulse and toss to coat thoroughly. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. 
  3. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until crispy.
  4. Enjoy immediately or allow to cool completely and place in a storage container. Chips will last 2 to 3 days at room temperature.
